Shipping
All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is
accurate and current. Please check for your order confirmation. We will also notify you by e-mail if
there was an issue with filling your order and/or when your order ships.
Note: Due to the price Increase in 2007 for shipping Priority mail packages VIA USPS with delivery
confirmation, we have had to adjust our shipping and handling charge on items that fall between
$5.00 and $15.01 from $4.50 to a flat rate of $4.85. Effective March 7th 2008
This Includes the purchase of a single picture. We ship all items USPS Priority Mail with Delivery
Confirmation.
We do not ship everyday of the week. Shipping Days fluctuate, either Mondays and Wednesdays or
Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will notify you by e-mail once your order is shipped.
Method Of Shipment
All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. With delivery confirmation. ***Tracking number
will be emailed once shipment is made.
International Orders will be shipped USPS AIR. However, you must select Foreign Order under the
drop down menu for shipping method upon check out.
Domestic Shipping Times
Most in stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, please allow 2-3 business days to
arrive.
International shipping times
For international orders, most in stock items ship within 1 week and usually take 2-6 weeks to arrive.
Please be careful to put the exact delivery address on the ship to information in order to avoid delays
in delivery. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by
Customs when your order reaches your country. Some countries require the customer to pay a
customs duty or tax when picking up their package. jeffbatesmerchandise.com is not responsible for
taxes and customs charges, please check your countries policies.

All orders with PO/APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS (US Postal Service 7-10
business day delivery).
We do not ship COD.
All Standard shipping orders less than $100 will most likely be sent USPS.

In order to expedite delivery of packages going to international P.O. Boxes, we will include your phone
number on the outside of the package. If you are concerned about your phone number being

Back orders
If one or more items from your order are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail that your order is
back ordered. If an item becomes discontinued, we will contact you by e-mail, or U.S. Mail. We ship
the in-stock items and then ship the back ordered items separately when they come in. If your order
requires two shipments due to backorder, you will only be charged for shipping the initial order.
